Precautionary replacement of the SMART SAM Active L tyre, folding, 28 x 2.60 (65-622), black ´n´ bronze (installed with the CUBE Tubeless Ready rim Alex MD30/EX30 29”)

Dear CUBE customer,
We have unfortunately discovered that the tyre installed on the CUBE Tubeless Ready rim Alex MD30/EX30 29” unexpectedly pops off the rim. Please take your bike immediately to your CUBE dealer. They will replace the tyres immediately if your bike is affected this recall. The folding tyres mentioned above (NOT tubeless ready) can still be used, just not in combination with the tubeless ready rims CUBE/Alex MD30/EX30 29”.
The affected bikes must NOT be used until the tyres have been replaced at your CUBE dealer!
Continued use of the bike without replacing the affected tyres can lead to accidents and injury if the tyre comes off!
We can only replace the tyres through CUBE dealers. A direct exchange through us is not possible.
