CUBE athletes successful at T100 triathlon

Last weekend, the triathletes achieved impressive performances at the T100 triathlon in Singapore.

The triathletes' race at the Singapore T100 triathlon was also characterised by extreme conditions. The high humidity and warm water temperatures demanded everything from the athletes. On Saturday, Lucy Charles-Barclay took on the challenge and secured second place in the women's race. The fastest bike split with the Aerium C:68X contributed significantly to the Brit's success. In the end, she was only just beaten by the winner and crossed the finish line after 3:45:58 hours. With this result, Lucy Charles-Barclay takes the lead in the overall standings of the T100 Triathlon World Tour. Frederic Funk proved his fitness in the highly competitive men's race on Sunday, finishing in ninth place after 3:31:48 hours.
