RACE
READY

Here's the thing about the Cross Race C:62 frame: it features many of the same innovations as our range-topping carbon cyclocross frame. So, for example, you'll find a semi-integrated seat clamp and the same internal cable routing running neatly into the top of the head tube, for the same fuss-free performance, low maintenance and clean looks. Crafted from our C:62® carbon using our Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing technology, this is the performance cyclocross frame to elevate your racing to the next level.

Highlights
It's the little details that can make all the difference in a race. With the Cross Race C:62 Pro we've incorporated many of the refinements you'll find on our range-topping cyclocross bikes, so you can bring your A game to the competition. Carbon tech with mud, sweat and gears: bring it on.

Cyclocross racing is tough – it's kind of the whole point of it, after all. That's why, with the Cross Race C:62 Pro, we went with Shimano's 105 Di2 gears – because they've got the range, precision and durability to handle tough racing in the mud. Paired with Shimano 105 Di2 disc brakes for all-weather stopping control, it's an unbeatable combination. Throw in the lightweight, 'cross-specific C:62 ® carbon frame and Rotor Vegast BC2 crankset, and you're onto a winner.

Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable.
Our Integrated Seatpost Clamp is all part of our quest to sweat the details, so that you can reap the rewards. Its minimalist design suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic. And, of course, that's important – because why wouldn't you want your bike to look great? But it also saves a few grammes too. And that matters just as much...
Cyclocross Race Geometry is all about threading that fine line between speed and control, to give you the best possible chance of ending up on the podium. With handling that's quick to respond to rapidly changing conditions but stable enough to help keep you upright and rolling, it's all you need for race day.
Cables connect your handlebar controls to vital components like gears and brakes, but there's no need for them to get in your way. With Internal Cable Routing we've reduced clutter and maintenance by running cables through the frame, keeping them out of the way of dust and water contamination – or damage from abrasion – as well as cleaning up your bike's appearance.
If you want to race, there are rules. We know that, which is why all our road race bikes that could be used for racing are fully compliant with UCI regulations on bicycle design and construction. We've created a full range of high performance machines that follow the rules, so you can just concentrate on your performance...
We know that you want to keep track of your performance stats. It's important, which is why we designed a neat, unobtrusive mount for your bike computer. Now you can record and access data wherever you ride, safe in the knowledge that your device is securely mounted and out of harm's way.
With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
