Precautionary replacement CUBE PEDALS SLASHER

Dear CUBE customer,

Unfortunately, standard random product inspection has revealed that the pedals

14388 – CUBE pedals Slasher (olive)
14110 – CUBE pedals Slasher (black)

the pedal axle can detach from the pedal body due to a production defect.

The pedals affected by the replacement can be recognized by the fact that the hexagon socket for pedal assembly has a width across flats of 8 mm (this is 6 mm on the unaffected pedals).

If your pedals are affected, please take them immediately to your CUBE dealer, who will replace them.

Do not use the pedals on your bike until then.

Please understand that we can only replace the pedals via the CUBE dealer. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to replace them directly. We recommend the comparable product “ACID Pedals FLAT A1-CB” as a replacement product.
