KATHMANDU HYBRID DELUXE

Under its clean, elegant lines the Kathmandu Hybrid Comfort Pro by CUBE has some really clever stuff going on. The Enviolo hub gear is stepless, for starters. That means you just twist the shifter until you're comfortable – no such thing as the "wrong" gear. It's also belt-driven, which means no more oily chain. The Bosch CX drive provides up to 100Nm of pedal assistance, making any route – even hilly ones – a breeze. With its 800Wh PowerTube battery you've no range worries, and the Kiox 500 display puts you in full control. Strong Shimano hydraulic disc brakes work reliably in all weathers, and there's a Suntour air suspension fork, adjustable stem and parallelogram seatpost. Add the Integrated Carrier 3.0 and a full range of accessories, and you're all set.

Setting your bike up just the way you like it is important for comfort. An adjustable stem makes it simple to put the handlebar in a position that suits you perfectly, so you can just enjoy the ride.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

The Integrated Carrier 3.0 is the next level in system integration: from the side, it's hard to tell where the luggage carrier ends and the mudguard begins. But it doesn't just look good, it's also incredibly strong and rigid. With an integrated spring clamp and CUBE Rilink ready adaptor for mounting bags and baskets, it transforms your CUBE into an adaptable and versatile load carrier.

In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with our Modular Battery System, we've made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and we've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
