Race Weekend Recap – Between the Tour de France and the UCI World Cup in Andorra

While Team TotalEnergies delivered another strong performance at the Tour de France, The CUBE Factory Racing Team headed to Andorra for the latest round of the UCI Mountain Bike World Series.

Kasper Hickman's strong run continues

Kasper Hickman continued his strong form following his maiden World Cup victory in La Thuile. After qualifying in second place, the young Finn delivered another impressive race run to secure second place in the final. With back-to-back World Cup podium finishes, Kasper has firmly established himself among the most consistent junior downhill riders this season.
For Max Hartenstern, the race weekend came to an end in Qualifying 2. After narrowly missing direct qualification in the opening session, he fought hard for a place in the final but just missed the cut. Despite the result, Max showed encouraging pace throughout the weekend and heads into the upcoming races with confidence.

The Cross-Country team competed with a reduced line-up in Andorra. Ondřej Cink, Kira Böhm and Maruša Tereza Serkezi took on the demanding courses in Pal Arinsal.
Kira Böhm delivered another strong performance, finishing 13th in the Short Track before securing 15th place in the Olympic Cross-Country race – her best Elite World Cup result to date.
Maruša Tereza Serkezi also put in a consistent performance, crossing the line in 14th place in the Short Track and finishing 16th in the U23 Olympic Cross-Country race to add more valuable World Cup points to her tally.
Despite still managing the knee injury he sustained in La Thuile, Ondřej Cink lined up for the Elite Men's race. Showing great determination, he battled through the demanding course to finish 38th and secure another World Cup result for the team.
