NUROAD HYBRID C:62

This is the bike that effortlessly blends road bike refinement with gravel ruggedness. The Nuroad Hybrid C:62 EXC's Sram Rival XPLR AXS 1x13 gears deliver a wide range of closely spaced ratios with electronic precision, while Bosch's light SX drive and 400Wh battery combination gives up to 60Nm of assistance. We even pre-installed X-Connect, so it's easy to add a compatible ACID front light. The elegantly sculpted C:62® carbon frame and full carbon fork have attachment points for mudguards and carriers, with more than enough clearance for the Schwalbe 45mm G-One RS Pro tyres rolling on a Newmen Evolution SL X.R.25 wheelset. And strong, progressive Sram Rival AXS hydraulic disc brakes have the power to ensure you're always in full control, whatever the weather or ground conditions. It's the complete package.

Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

Bosch SX technology incorporates a new, lighter and more configurable battery setup. To make the most of the weight saving, we've integrated the new battery fully into the down tube. This means we can position it optimally for the best weight distribution and handling, as well as saving more weight by building a down tube that's precisely the right size to fit, and without the need for an access hatch. And the Power More option means you can add an additional 250Wh battery quickly and simply, for extra range. It's the best of both worlds.

It's the little details that make the difference. With the option to easily fit full length mudguards, a luggage rack and kickstand you can make your bike that little bit more versatile and easier to live with. Wet roads, stuff to carry or nowhere to lean your bike up when you arrive? No problem – we've got it covered.

A wider hub makes a stiffer wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better handling. That's the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency. Simply put, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels.

For gravel epics – or races – into the back country and beyond, our Gravel Endurance Geometry is designed with you in mind. With a ride position optimised for long days in the saddle and frame angles and dimensions geared towards the perfect balance of agility and stability, it's all you need for off-road adventure.

One standard for all: gear hanger replacement made easy thanks to the innovative Universal Derailleur Hanger. With a design that includes some room for pivoting to help prevent chain jams, it improves shifting performance and works with all drivetrains. Best of all, it's a standard part that is available anywhere.

With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
