Here's the thing about the Cross Race C:62 frame: it features many of the same innovations as our range-topping carbon cyclocross frame. So, for example, you'll find a semi-integrated seat clamp and the same internal cable routing running neatly into the top of the head tube, for the same fuss-free performance, low maintenance and clean looks. Crafted from our C:62® carbon using our Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing technology, this is the performance cyclocross frame to elevate your racing to the next level.

A tough day at the races is better than a rough day at the office, right? That's why the Cross Race C:62 Race has the gear you need to make the best of the training you've put in, with off-road-specific components and geometry designed to take the toughest of race courses head on, and come out on top.

We built the Cross Race C:62 Race with one thing in mind: to go racing (the clue is in the name). We began with Sram's Rival AXS 12-speed gears, complete with a 10-36T cassette so you can keep riding while others are off and running. A Newmen Performance 25 Gravel wheelset shod with Schwalbe tyres cuts through the mud to find grip, and Sram Rival AXS hydraulic disc brakes give you all the stopping power you need. With a Sram Rival D1 crank and CUBE finishing components, it's all you need to make a dash for the podium.

Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable.

Our Integrated Seatpost Clamp is all part of our quest to sweat the details, so that you can reap the rewards. Its minimalist design suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic. And, of course, that's important – because why wouldn't you want your bike to look great? But it also saves a few grammes too. And that matters just as much...

Cyclocross Race Geometry is all about threading that fine line between speed and control, to give you the best possible chance of ending up on the podium. With handling that's quick to respond to rapidly changing conditions but stable enough to help keep you upright and rolling, it's all you need for race day.

Cables connect your handlebar controls to vital components like gears and brakes, but there's no need for them to get in your way. With Internal Cable Routing we've reduced clutter and maintenance by running cables through the frame, keeping them out of the way of dust and water contamination – or damage from abrasion – as well as cleaning up your bike's appearance.

If you want to race, there are rules. We know that, which is why all our road race bikes that could be used for racing are fully compliant with UCI regulations on bicycle design and construction. We've created a full range of high performance machines that follow the rules, so you can just concentrate on your performance...

We know that you want to keep track of your performance stats. It's important, which is why we designed a neat, unobtrusive mount for your bike computer. Now you can record and access data wherever you ride, safe in the knowledge that your device is securely mounted and out of harm's way.

With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
