We call this frame Easy Entry because that's exactly what it does, but there's more to the Reaction Hybrid Performance than just an elegantly practical design. With the 720Wh PowerTube battery neatly concealed and the Bosch Performance drive housed securely, its svelte lines disguise lots of clever features. The integrated seat clamp and cable routing complement the clean aesthetic, and we built in our X-Connect system so that it's quick and easy to plug in an optional ACID front light. The chain guide is pre-installed, and it's also ready to accept ACID mudguards. And there are sizes to cater for most riders. We've thought of everything, so you can just ride.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with our Modular Battery System, we've made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and we've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
