Combining everything we know about full suspension and rugged touring bikes in a single frame, the Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11 HPC from CUBE is a different kind of Bosch-powered adventure bike. There's 100mm of rear-wheel travel from an incredibly neatly sited trunnion-mount shock, while the Integrated Carrier 3.0 is incorporated into the aluminium rear triangle. Up front, the High Performance Carbon main frame houses a powerful Bosch CX drive and 800Wh PowerTube battery. Internal Cable Routing complements the frame's clean looks, the derailleur hanger is UDH-compatible, and a chain guard is fitted as standard. KATHMANDU HYBRID ONE11 HPC

The Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11 HPC Pro brings full-suspension technology to a Bosch-powered tourer – which means more comfort and better grip, even on rough or unpaved roads. A Suntour XCR34X air suspension fork and matching Suntour Edge 2CR rear shock provide up to 100mm of vibration- and bump-absorbing travel. There's an Integrated Carrier 3.0, of course, for whatever you're bringing with you. Reliable and easy-to-use Shimano Cues 1x11 gears work with Bosch's powerful CX drive and 800Wh battery to get you to your destination, with grippy and durable Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 55mm tyres. An adjustable stem and dropper seatpost add extra comfort. And powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes ensure you're always in full control.

The Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11's trunnion shock mount serves two purposes. First, it's stiffer than most regular shock mounts, which helps improve suspension performance. And second, it's a great space-saver, which allows us to tuck it out of the way behind the seat tube. You won't even know that it's there, aside from the fact that it'll quietly get on with the job of increasing ride comfort and control.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

The Integrated Carrier 3.0 is the next level in system integration: from the side, it's hard to tell where the luggage carrier ends and the mudguard begins. But it doesn't just look good, it's also incredibly strong and rigid. With an integrated spring clamp and CUBE Rilink ready adaptor for mounting bags and baskets, it transforms your CUBE into an adaptable and versatile load carrier.

HPC – high performance carbon – enables us to build lighter, stronger and stiffer frames out of this incredibly versatile material. Using a combination of careful frame design and variable lay-up thickness, we're able to fine-tune the performance of each frame to precisely meet our requirements for weight, stiffness, strength and durability.

With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
