Race Weekend Highlights – Season Finale in Mont-Sainte-Anne & Ironman Hawaii


Last weekend was a real highlight for CUBE Factory Racing, with thrilling action in Mont-Sainte-Anne and an emotional wrap to the season. Our athletes were also in the spotlight in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

Downhill: Rosa Zierl clinches overall World Cup title 
Rosa Zierl secured the overall victory in the 2025 UCI Downhill World Cup after a strong 3rd place in the final Junior Women’s race. Her consistency throughout the season paid off, marking a major milestone for the young talent and the entire team.
Kasper Hickmann rounded off the season with a solid 6th place in the race and finished 8th overall in the standings.

Cross Country: Finn Treudler dominates U23 racing
Finn Treudler was the standout rider of the U23 season. He left nothing to chance in Mont-Sainte-Anne, taking a commanding start-to-finish win in the Cross-Country race – his eighth World Cup victory this season. He broke away decisively in the second of seven laps. With wins in both Short Track and Cross-Country, Treudler showcased his class once more and claimed the U23 overall World Cup title, cementing his exceptional season.
Ondřej Cink finished 13th in the Men’s overall World Cup standings, while Kira Böhm ended her first season in the Women’s category in 23rd place.

Ironman Hawaii: Lucy Charles-Barclay shows her fighting spirit
In Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Lucy Charles-Barclay once again demonstrated her class at the Ironman World Championship. After a strong swim and a dominant bike leg, she led the field for a long time. On the run, she had to withdraw from a promising position due to the extreme conditions and overheating, but she once again showed her unwavering fighting spirit and passion for the sport.
