Great looks and versatile practicality meet in the Nuroad's High Performance Aluminium frame. Built to perform, it's also remarkably adaptable – whatever riding you have in mind. That's why we fitted mounting points for a vast array of accessories, so you can set it up however you like. Bottle cage mounts on the down tube and seat tube, for example (down tube only on XS frame size). Extra mounts on the top tube for frame bag or a multi-tool... or both. Lowrider rack mounts on the carbon fork, for an optional carrier with extra luggage capacity up to 10kg. Easy mounting for ACID mudguards, of course – plus there's clearance for 50mm tyres (45mm with mudguards). And SIC 2.0 rear carrier compatibility, so you can add our sleek and sturdy rear carrier quickly and easily. It's all put together with our Gravel Comfort Geometry for long, adventurous days, while the carbon fork offers both precise handling and vibration-absorbing comfort. And the sleek, almost organic looks – helped along by details like Smooth Welding, an integrated seat clamp and Advanced Internal Cable Routing – are the icing on the cake. When you need one bike to take it all on, the Nuroad Race FE is there for you. Fully equipped with everything you need for any journey – from your weekday commute to a multi-day tour – and built with rough roads and gravel tracks in mind, it's a new way to think about life on two wheels.

Yes, the Nuroad Race FE is elegant. You can't escape the organic flow of its Smooth Welded frame, or the clean lines that are partly thanks to Advanced Internal Cable Routing. But that's only half the story, because the rest is pure practicality. For starters, it's fully equipped with mudguards, SIC 2.0 rear carrier, lights and kickstand. If you need extra carrying capacity, the full carbon fork has lowrider mounts to add an optional carrier. The rugged Schwalbe 45mm G-One Overland tyres are built for the job, of course, and there's more than ample frame clearance. Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes have the power to keep you safe, whatever the weather. And reliable Shimano GRX 2x12 gears ensure the right ratio is always at your fingertips.

Adventure sometimes demands different kit. That's where our low rider rack mounts come in. Designed to accept an optional fork rack, they're a great way to carry up to 10kg of additional weight for extended tours. Not only that but carrying some of your luggage over the front wheel helps improve weight distribution and handling. Win, win.

Combining everything we know about building great-riding off-road bikes, Gravel Comfort Geometry is the secret ingredient that makes our gravel series such a blast to ride. Nimble enough to mix it up in the rough, stable enough for reassuring descents and with comfort for the long haul, we've got it all covered.

Smooth Welding isn't easy, but worthwhile things usually aren't. It has two advantages. First, and most obviously, it looks great: one tube seems to almost flow into the other. Second, and at least as importantly, it helps to minimise load peaks on welded areas for better frame strength and durability.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.
