The Kathmandu Hybrid's Easy Entry frame is designed to do exactly what it says, making adventurous cycling as accessible and straightforward as possible. The CUBE Kathmandu Hybrid EXC is built to go places. We started with Bosch's CX motor and an 800Wh PowerTube battery, to give you up to 100Nm of pedal assistance on your way to work or to adventure. Then we chose Shimano's legendary XT 1x12 gears, for their huge range and dependable performance. Added 4-piston Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with ABS, so you know you can always slow and stop safely. And finished with a smooth, comfortable Fox 34 AWL Float Sport suspension fork. But that's not quite all, because of course there's also an adjustable stem, dropper seatpost and our strong, elegant and versatile Integrated Carrier 3.0, plus a full complement of accessories.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

The Integrated Carrier 3.0 is the next level in system integration: from the side, it's hard to tell where the luggage carrier ends and the mudguard begins. But it doesn't just look good, it's also incredibly strong and rigid. With an integrated spring clamp and CUBE Rilink ready adaptor for mounting bags and baskets, it transforms your CUBE into an adaptable and versatile load carrier.

In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with our Modular Battery System, we've made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and we've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.

With our specially designed Efficient Comfort Geometry, cycling is a simple pleasure. Whether you're popping across town or exploring further afield, taking a ride with the family or with friends, for work or for pleasure, we've created a ride experience that will have you coming back for more.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
