What if you could just jump on your bike and go... anywhere? With the Kathmandu Hybrid Comfort SLX from CUBE, you can. Its fully automatic, belt-driven Enviolo hub gears work seamlessly with the Bosch CX motor, 800Wh battery and Kiox 500 display to get you to your destination. There's up to 100Nm of pedal assistance on tap, and the gears and motor adjust according to riding conditions. We even fitted a Bosch ConnectModule, so you can make use of GPS for navigation and tracking. A Fox 34 AWL fork, adjustable stem and parallelogram suspension seatpost help make every journey a comfortable experience, and powerful 4-piston Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes with anti-lock system ensure you can always slow and stop, whatever the weather. With a full complement of accessories and the versatility of the Integrated Carrier 3.0, all that's left is to decide where to ride.

Setting your bike up just the way you like it is important for comfort. An adjustable stem makes it simple to put the handlebar in a position that suits you perfectly, so you can just enjoy the ride.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

The Integrated Carrier 3.0 is the next level in system integration: from the side, it's hard to tell where the luggage carrier ends and the mudguard begins. But it doesn't just look good, it's also incredibly strong and rigid. With an integrated spring clamp and CUBE Rilink ready adaptor for mounting bags and baskets, it transforms your CUBE into an adaptable and versatile load carrier.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
