Borrowing heavily from our experience building light, fast and tough gravel bikes, the Nulane Hybrid C:62 FE's carbon frame's organic curves and clean looks disguise serious intent. There's clearance for tyres up to 50mm, even with the included mudguards. There's a sturdy rear luggage carrier – perfect for commuting or touring – and mounts on the fork to add an optional second carrier. We added a neat lighting set with X-Connect front light so you can see and be seen, and there's a kickstand too. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube – with a mini handlebar remote – and you can add a 250Wh PowerMore booster battery to the frame for extended range. And, on the technical side, the hidden seat clamp, Direct Mount chain guide, Boost rear end and UDH compatibility make this a future-proof bike for all reasons.

The Nulane Hybrid C:62 Race FE's accessory package includes full-length mudguards, rear carrier, a lighting set and a kickstand – so it makes an ideal commuter or off-the-beaten-path tourer. The elegant, lightweight C:62® carbon frame houses Bosch's smooth, light SX drive and a 400Wh battery, for up to 60Nm of pedal assistance. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and grippy, comfortable Schwalbe 45mm tyres serve up loads of stopping performance even in wet weather. And, with Shimano's smooth-shifting 1x9 Cues gears at your fingertips, you've everything you need to arrive at your destination on time and ready to go.

Uhlík nemusí být jako uhlík. U našeho karbonu C:62® jsme zvýšili obsah vláken s vysokým modulem pružnosti a výsledný materiál jsme pak vyztužili nanočásticemi zapracovanými do spojovací pryskyřice. To vše je elegantní způsob, jak vytvořit extrémně pevný, lehký a odolný materiál.

Řadicí a brzdová lanka se musí dostat z řídítek do rámu – ale co kdyby nebylo nutné mít otvory v blízkosti trubky hlavice? Vymysleli jsme konstrukci, která vede kabely do rámu přes sadu hlavice, čímž zachovává kompletní vnitřní vedení kabelů, ale je ještě úhlednější a méně rušivé.

Technologie Bosch SX zahrnuje nové, lehčí a lépe nastavitelné uložení baterie. Abychom co nejvíce snížili hmotnost, integrovali jsme novou baterii plně do spodní trubky. To znamená, že ji můžeme optimálně umístit pro nejlepší rozložení hmotnosti a ovladatelnost, a také ušetřit více hmotnosti tím, že vyrobíme spodní trubku, která má přesně tu správnou velikost a není nutný přístupový poklop. A díky možnosti Power More můžete rychle a jednoduše přidat další 250Wh baterii prodlužující dojezd. Je to spojení toho nejlepšího z obou světů.

Naše geometrie Gravel Endurance je navržena s ohledem na vaše potřeby pro šotolinové výpravy – nebo závody – do terénu i dál. Díky jízdní poloze optimalizované pro dlouhé dny v sedle a úhlům a rozměrům rámu zaměřeným na dokonalou rovnováhu mezi obratností a stabilitou je to vše, co potřebujete pro dobrodružství v terénu.

S naším pokročilým procesem Twin Mold používáme pro naše karbonové rámy C:62®, C:68® a C:68X® dvě přesně vyrobené formy. První forma zajišťuje přesné položení. Druhá, vnitřní forma udržuje každé vlákno přesně tam, kde má být, zatímco se rám vytvrzuje. Výsledkem je výrazně lehčí a pevnější rám s hustotou vláken přizpůsobenou předpokládanému zatížení v konkrétních bodech.
