Céline Schärer

Céline's biggest win was gold at Ironman Zurich.

Born 1990 in the Swiss town of Zug, Céline Schärer now spends the majority of her year living and training in Gran Canaria. She completed her first triathlon in 1998 and turned pro in 2011. Céline aims to establish herself amongst the world elite and achieve podium finishes over both the long and middle distances. Her career goal is a top-3 finish in Hawaii.

Céline's biggest wins so far include gold at IM Zurich and silver at Ironman 70.3 Vichy in 2017. Following bad luck with injury which took Céline out of contention in 2018, she is working on her comeback in 2019. And after taking bronze over the middle distance at Challenge Gran Canaria, things look to be shaping up nicely.
