Si eres un deportista multidisciplinar, ya sabrás que cada salida en bicicleta es una carrera contrarreloj. Ese es el motivo por el que hemos desarrollado la Aerium HPA. Su cuadro de aluminio hidroformado de alta calidad combina la tecnología de las bicicletas profesionales para pruebas contrarreloj con la posición de conducción ærodinámica de las de triatlón, pero manteniendo su versatilidad multideportiva. El resultado es una bicicleta divertida pero ambiciosa a la hora de enfrentarse a sus competidores.

Cuadro: La principal ventaja de esta bicicleta es que goza de una ærodinámica óptima para alcanzar la máxima velocidad. El cuadro de aluminio de alto rendimiento (HPA) con triple conificado utiliza un complejo hidroformado para aumentar la rigidez y reducir el peso, con el fin de que puedas batir todos tus récords. Su geometría hace especial hincapié en la eficiencia ærodinámica mediante un pronunciado ángulo del sillín que ofrece una posición de conducción con una resistencia al aire mínima. La ærodinámica de los tubos del cuadro y de sus conexiones especialmente diseñadas, ahorra unos segundos preciosos en las carreras, mientras que gracias al ancho pedalier se obtiene una estructura de cuadro rígida para ofrecer la mejor transferencia de energía posible.

Características: Hemos equipado la Aerium HPA con la transmisión Shimano Ultegra, de eficacia demostrada en competiciónes y con unas fiables bielas cpn platos de 38 y 52 dientes FSA Trimax Pro. La horquilla de carbono Dedacciai Black Fin Aero reúne una construcción ligera con una ærodinámica excelente. Las ruedas 30/Twentyfour de Profile y el manillar CUBE también aportan su granito de arena para mantener baja la resistencia al aire. Y, como era de esperar en una máquina diseñada para la competición, se han seleccionado las cubiertas de rodadura rápida y gran agarre Continental Grand Sport Race SL.

        Very high tensile strength heat-treated 7005 aluminium alloy is developed for the highest requirements. It is very stiff, fatigue resistant, corrosion resistant and has high elongation. Our Superlite tubes are triple butted, giving very light tubesets with a high level of stiffness.

        To protect our high-end aluminium frames from damage, they are built with the CUBE Frame Save System replaceable derailleur hanger. The mounting thread is in the hanger and not in the frame as usual. In case of a crash, this hanger can be easily and quickly replaced by a new one.

        For our high end bikes we use High Performance 7005 Aluminium alloy which has a very low density combined with high strength due to the alloy elements and the hardening heat treatment. By triple butting or even quadruple butting (as in the REACTION , HANZZ and AERIUM models) to give different wall thicknesses in one tube, aluminium tubes are reinforced where required and made lighter where possible. In this way, we succeed in getting material where its needed most. In addition we use special tube shapes, manufactured with hydroforming technology to better cope with directional forces. The low density and high strength as well as the butting and the hydroforming technology enable us to make high performance frames with an ultimate level of stiffness.

        Internally routed cables offer many advantages. Cables are protected from dirt for longer life, weight is saved thanks to the absence of external housing and the bike has a clean, sleek appearance.

        On polished, brushed aluminium and all HPC frames, the logos and graphics are applied in multi-layer wet paint. We use this surface treatment technology mainly to save weight.
