We included an 800Wh Bosch PowerTube battery inside the down tube, for the best-possible range. Efficient Comfort Geometry works exactly the way you'd expect it to, meaning you can pedal in comfort for miles and miles. And the Integrated Carrier 3.0 is super-strong and stable as well as being integrated with the rear mudguard for an elegantly understated look that you'll love. It's the perfect way to add accessories and carry whatever you need with you. And of course, it's all safety-tested to the highest standards in our own in-house lab, so you know you're in safe hands.

KATHMANDU HYBRID 45

Speed pedelecs rewrite the rules of urban mobility, but the Kathmandu Hybrid 45 goes further by rewriting the rules for speed pedelecs. The Bosch CX motor, combined with an 800Wh battery and Kiox 500 display, puts the world at your feet. The combined power of motor, legs and lungs is transferred to the road via Shimano's 11-speed gears, an XT rear derailleur and an oversize 48T chainring. A Suntour Mobie36 air suspension fork smooths your passage on even rough city streets, while powerful Magura hydraulic disc brakes are equipped with ABS just like your car, to ensure you can always slow down and stop safely, whatever the weather. We fitted comfortable and grippy Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency tyres in a 55mm width, plus full-length mudguards and a practical kickstand. And, of course, the sturdy Integrated Carrier IC 3.0 and included lighting system mean you're all set for any journey, any time.

Systém plně integrované baterie ukrývá energii baterie Bosch mimo dohled a bezpečně uvnitř spodní trubky kola. Umístění pod krytem odolným proti stříkající vodě a prachu a zajištění zámkem proti krádeži nám umožňuje navrhovat krásné rámy pro elektrokola, jež jsou stejně skvěle funkční jako hezké na pohled.
Řadicí a brzdová lanka se musí dostat z řídítek do rámu – ale co kdyby nebylo nutné mít otvory v blízkosti trubky hlavice? Vymysleli jsme konstrukci, která vede kabely do rámu přes sadu hlavice, čímž zachovává kompletní vnitřní vedení kabelů, ale je ještě úhlednější a méně rušivé.
Integrovaný nosič 3.0 představuje další úroveň integrace systému: z boku je těžké rozeznat, kde končí nosič brašen a kde začíná blatník. Nejenže dobře vypadá, ale je také neuvěřitelně pevný a tuhý. Díky integrované pružinové svorce a adaptéru CUBE Rilink ready pro montáž brašen a košů přemění váš CUBE na přizpůsobivý a všestranný nosič nákladu.
S naší speciálně navrženou geometrií Efficient Comfort je jízda na kole snadným potěšením. Ať už se chystáte na výlet po městě nebo do vzdálenějších míst, na jízdu s rodinou nebo s přáteli, do práce nebo za zábavou, vytvořili jsme pro vás zážitek z jízdy, který vás přiměje vracet se.
Gravitační lití formuje tekutý hliník do velmi složitých rámových profilů, čímž vznikají extrémně pevné konstrukce, které lépe odolávají namáhání. Například u našich hybridních modelů jsme schopni vyrobit držák motoru, který je optimalizován tak, aby zvládl zatížení, jež je na něj kladeno při tomto specializovaném použití, aniž by se zbytečně zvyšovala hmotnost nebo obětovala pevnost.
Hliníkový rám CUBE Aluminium Superlite začíná tepelně zpracovaným hliníkem 6061, který má vlastnosti důležité pro rám jízdního kola – vysokou odolnost proti únavě, dobrou tuhost, nízkou hmotnost a vynikající pevnost. Poté z něj vyrobíme dvojitě zakroucené trubky, abychom snížili jejich hmotnost, aniž bychom obětovali její pevnost. A výsledek? Mimořádně lehké, pevné a odolné rámy.
