The 2016 season... What was your best race?

Trans Provence, no question! Standing up there on the podium with the best riders in the world was an amazing feeling that I'll never forget.

What are your goals for the upcoming season?

Pushing hard, feeling good and staying healthy.

4 riders in the team in 2017 – can you tell us something about the team spirit?

I love spending the season riding and travelling with these three guys. They're all so talented! We really complement each other as a team, which is a great recipe for success

What does racing mean to you?

Part of my life.

Training with CUBE's Hybrid during the winter time is a great alternative way to get fit. Why you use this new toy for your performance?

It's amazing and has so many benefits! You get to see your home turf from a different side and you constantly discover awesome new trails. Plus, it's great for honing your skills! E-bikes will be part of the cycling scene for a long time to come.

What will be your race highlight in 2017?

We'll have to wait and see, but I'm pretty sure it will be bombing down the glacier at 120 with the rest of the riders at Megavalanche!

The Stereo 29" Action Team Edition is your choice for the 2017 season – how is it different to last year's race bike and what do you like so much about it?

I spent some of last year surfing the trails on it, so not much will change but it's most definitely a deadly weapon

Travelling and racing with the A TEAM is for you...?

Part of my life I will remember forever. We laugh so much and they're just a fantastic crew to spend time with. It's great to be a part of that.
