When the urge to explore further afield becomes too much to resist, you'll need a partner in crime - or, at the very least, a bike that'll be with you for every turn of the pedals. Have you met the Access WS Pro? It's built for the job. Light, comfortable and well-equipped, it's a bike that as good to ride as it is to look at. We've built the frame around two different wheel sizes so that every rider can find her perfect fit, from the 13.5 inch frame with 27.5 inch wheels to the 19 inch 29er. Whichever one you choose, the light and grippy Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.25 in tyres, combined with the remote lockout-equipped Suntour fork and powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, give you all the comfort and control you'll need to tackle any trail with confidence. Smooth-shifting and wide-ranging Shimano gears will help you tackle even the steepest of climbs, and we selected the rider contact points - like grips, handlebar and saddle - specifically to fit the female form. Get inspired, and get riding... on the Access WS Pro.

Details

What good is comfort and control if you can't have fun too? That's why our engineers designed the Access WS Pro's frame around our Compact Agile Ride Geometry - to give it the best blend of poise, comfort and agility backed with our comprehensive in-house testing for complete peace of mind. Featuring a redesigned top and down tube for 2019, we've maximised standover clearance for the ultimate in on-trail confidence and ensured safe, accurate steering and efficient pedalling. It's all down to complex, mechanically formed 6061 aluminium tubes... and a lot of design expertise. Revised rack and mudguard mounting points match the frame's sleek looks and make adding these functional accessories a cinch, while internal cable routing keeps gear shifting clean and accurate without the need for regular maintenance. There's only one thing that's missing from this versatile, do-anything bike: you.

      • Advanced Mechanical Forming

With our Advanced Mechanical Forming technology we can mechanically transform different frame tubes and thus optimize them without material-wearing welding work for the respective requirements. Along the obtained organic look, the production method is primarily motivated by functional reasons. Multiple converted tubes enable us to manufacture lighter and also stiffer aluminum frames.

      • Agile Ride Geometry

We ran innumerable tests to develop the Agile Ride Geometry in our series of big wheel bikes. We also added the 27.5in wheel size to the very well received portfolio. Three important details lead to the very agile character. Increased fork offsets let us achieve the same trail as our 26in bikes without having to steepen the head angle, thus maintaining generous toe clearance to the front wheel. Secondly we shortened the chain stays without compromising the seat angle. We invented a patented construction to mount the front derailleur to give us more tyre clearance while keeping a conventional seat angle, leading to a perfect riding position for every rider size. Last but not least we kept the BB height the same as on our 26in bikes. These measures lead to a natural riding position. Every mountain biker will feel immediately at home on a CUBE 29er or 27.5.

      • Integrated Cable Routing

Internally routed cables offer many advantages. Cables are protected from dirt for longer life, weight is saved thanks to the absence of external housing and the bike has a clean, sleek appearance.

      • Easy Mount Kickstand

The Easy Mount Kick Stand is a new system developed and designed by CUBE. The base of the stand is mounted from below to a fitting plate integrated to the frame and fixed with a through bolt. This kick stand is extremely stiff and solid through the enlarged contact areas between base and frame which gives a stable stand even with loaded panniers.

6061 aluminium alloy requires a heat treatment for the finished product. It is a stiff, very corrosion resistant, fatigue resistant,high-elongation material suitable for light tubesets with high stiffness.

On polished, brushed aluminium and all HPC frames, the logos and graphics are applied in multi-layer wet paint. We use this surface treatment technology mainly to save weight.
