For starters, there's our neat, sturdy Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 – because it makes it simple to carry what you need with you. There's an ACID chain guard, kickstand, full-length mudguards and lighting set, too. The powerful Bosch Performance PX motor, 800Wh PowerTube battery and Intuvia 200 display are so neatly integrated into the design, you'll barely notice they're there – apart from the extra help at the pedals, of course. And Efficient Comfort Geometry is designed around a 100mm-travel suspension fork for smooth and confidence-inspiring steering, even on rough roads.

TOURING HYBRID DELUXE

A bike that you can just get on and ride with the minimum of fuss is one that's great to have around. That was our goal with the Touring Hybrid Deluxe SLX, and we reckon we nailed it. Shimano's 5-speed hub gears are simple to use, durable and low maintenance... which makes them the perfect companion for Bosch's powerful PX motor, an 800Wh battery and a clean, quiet Gates belt drive. An air-sprung suspension fork and parallelogram suspension seatpost add comfort on even rough roads, and strong Shimano hydraulic disc brakes deliver reliable performance in all weathers. With the Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1, lighting set, mudguards and kickstand, it'll slot right into your life.

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities – high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength – that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible ACID light to your CUBE bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
