Size Tuned Kinematic it is another first from CUBE development an applied technology for 4 link bikes, which has proven itself in the market for Race, Touring and All Mountain. Multiple bike tests have been won with bikes with Size Tuned Kinematic technology.
Our Size Tuned Kinematic ensure that reach and every bike, regardless of size has the same suspension characteristics. Whether a 16, 18, 20 or a 22 inch, the kinematic properties of the suspension will be the same, as will suspension travel.
Size Tuned Kinematic uses a 3D Active Link lever, which ensures that forces are directly led to the damper, without compromising kinetics.
Also, this system combines suspension movement with damper control.
The Size Tuned Kinematic system can be found on all AMS bikes.
A fast bike needs a fast chassis.
Our classic 4 link frames have a geometry that let´s the rear wheel travel in almost a vertical plane,that way, wheel base will not change when the bike is travelling through it´s suspension arc.
This makes for a smooth, controlled ride, without power loss.
Because the damper is close to the rear triangle of the bike, a progressive response is created, so even in rough terrain there is ample traction reserve.
To all AMS models the same principle applies, a efficient and smooth chassis, with high ride dynamics and a very stable ride. Very little is lost of the riders´ energy, while the frame handles extremely well.
