For high end we use High Performance Aluminium in 7005 alloy which has avery low density combined with highstrength due to the special alloy andthe heat hardening treatment. By triple butting or like in the STEREO and FRITZZ models even quadruple butted tubing (meaning different wallthicknesses in one tube) aluminiumtubes are reinforced where it is due andlightened where possible. In this way wesucceed in getting the material where itis needed to cope with the forces.

Special section shapes optimalised for the forces they are subject to are made in the newest Hydroform technology. The low density, high strength, the butting and the Hydroform technology enable us to make high performance frames with the best stiffness.
